What a mortgage broker media day includes
A media day is a single production block where an entire brokerage team creates a month or more of branded content at once. Instead of ten officers each scheduling their own shoot, everyone rotates through one set, one crew, and one script framework in a day.
For a decentralized shop, it is usually the most efficient content investment available. Here is what the day actually looks like.
Before the day: scripting and scheduling
Preparation carries most of the value. We build a topic bank around the brokerage's products, the markets its officers are licensed in, and the questions borrowers and agents are actually asking. Each participant gets their own scripts in advance, personalized to their specialty, whether that is VA loans, investor financing, or first-time buyers.
We also schedule slots. Each individual gets a defined window so nobody sits waiting for three hours. Wardrobe guidance goes out ahead of time so the footage looks consistent across the team rather than like ten unrelated shoots.
On the day: production
Our crew handles the set: lighting, audio, framing, and backdrop consistency. Participants rotate through in their scheduled slots. On-site direction is included, which matters more than most teams expect, since the difference between a usable take and an unusable one is usually pacing and eye line, not the script.
Media training is part of the day. Officers who have never been on camera learn how to deliver a point in fifteen seconds, where to look, and how to restart cleanly instead of abandoning a take. Most participants are noticeably better by their third setup, and that improvement carries into every video they shoot afterward.
- Full crew, lighting, and audio provided
- Up to 10 individuals per media day
- Scheduled rotation slots so nobody waits
- Script guidance and on-site direction throughout
- Industry leading media training included
After the day: editing and delivery
Footage goes to our U.S.-based editing team. Each individual receives two ready-to-post videos, which is 20 edited assets from a single media day and 40 from a two-day package. Everything is cut to the brokerage's brand system, captioned, and delivered in formats ready for the platforms your team posts to.
Because the whole team shot against the same setup with the same treatment, the content reads as one organization. That is the part a brokerage cannot replicate by having each officer hire locally.
What is not included
Travel outside our local Orange County and greater Los Angeles radius, hair and makeup, studio rental, and advanced production setups are billed separately when they are needed. We scope those before the day so there are no surprises.
